Basmah Al-Mayman, Saudi Leader. Yes, the story of yet another woman leader out of the Middle East. Women feel proud when they hear news about women who fight in every possible way in order to reach their goals and prove their worth. It might sound a bit easier for women in western societies to be able to find support from their communities to pursue their goals. Or at least, that is what the world Eastern women think about the Western ones. However, clearly, is not as easy in the Middle East or closed societies. Those that are fenced with traditions and cultural boundaries where girls and women, even with proper education, do not get the chance to explore the possibilities or make personal choices without so much to consider.

Things have started to change now in such societies and still evolving towards more open mindsets and cultures. This change has enabled some girls to take their ambitions and achievements to a whole new level.
